We have developed these Terms and Conditions to govern your use of the Website as well as your use of any other Internet services including, but not limited to our social media and other channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube; emails in response to requests for submissions) (“Other Channels”). We, along with our affiliates, partners and advertisers, provide content and services to you via the Website and Other Channels subject to the following conditions. Your use of the Website and/or Other Channels tells us you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall [IN]Powered Coaching LLC, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Content, unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, the Content or any errors or omissions in the Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Purchase Terms

By purchasing any product, program, certification, coaching service, training, or other offering from [IN]Powered Coaching LLC, you are accepting these Purchase Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. In these Purchase Terms “We” and “us” means [IN]Powered Coaching LLC (www.inpcoaching.com). “You” means the person placing an order.

By using the [IN]Powered Coaching LLC website and our payment processors to buy products online, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, and are consenting to these Purchase Terms, our Privacy Policy, as well as our Terms of Service.

Ordering

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that access to programs will not be provided until we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

Pricing and Payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in USD. Any applicable sales taxes will be added to the total price of your purchase.

Changes to Purchase Terms

We reserve the right to change these Purchase Terms for buying products online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Purchase Terms for buying products online on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Purchase Terms for buying products online, you must not place any further orders.

These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital products, coaching programs, services, trainings, and professional certifications offered by [IN]Powered Coaching LLC, all sales are final and we operate a no-refund policy, except as expressly stated below or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Programs and Certifications Purchased in Advance

If you purchase a coaching program, training, or certification before its scheduled start date, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase.

To request a refund within this period, you must email [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period has passed, the purchase is non-refundable, even if the program, training, or certification has not yet begun.

Programs, Certifications, Coaching, and Services Already in Progress

Once a program, training, certification, coaching engagement, intensive, or other service has begun, no refunds will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

This applies whether or not you choose to attend live sessions, complete the training, access the materials, participate in any associated community, or otherwise make full use of the product or service purchased. Failure to participate in or complete a program does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Digital Products and Immediate-Access Purchases

Digital products, recordings, resources, self-paced courses, templates, downloads, and other digital content that are made available immediately after purchase are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, the payment plan is a method of paying the full purchase price and is not a month-to-month subscription unless the specific offer is expressly described as a subscription.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments when due. Unless you qualify for a refund under the 14-day advance-purchase provision above or applicable law requires otherwise, withdrawing from, failing to attend, or choosing not to complete the program, certification, coaching engagement, intensive, or other service does not cancel the remaining payments owed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern regarding a purchase or payment, please contact [email protected] first so that we have the opportunity to address the matter directly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel your contractual payment obligations or create an entitlement to a refund outside this Refund Policy or applicable law.

Any approved refund will, where reasonably possible, be returned to the original payment method and in the currency of the original transaction.
